Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • be in their original condition

  • have all original tags attached

  • be returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • intimates or accessories (if applicable)

  • items marked as final sale

Return Process

Include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • check with your bank or payment provider
