Tracking Information

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
For orders within New Zealand, no customs duties or import taxes are expected.
However, Amalia Auckland is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or courier services.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Delays & Lost Packages
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or peak seasons.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and item(s).
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
